The location is chill with shops and a cute park nearby! The staff is super friendly and helped out when I asked. The breakfast was pretty decent, and the room's got all the basics you could need. Just wish the pool area had more shade, but overall, good vibes! The Wi-Fi was strong too!

I had a very nice stay. Everything there were great, including cleanfacilities. The breakfast was free, I thoroughly enjoyed lots of food they served. My room was reasonably spacious with multi-channel TV, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. Location: the hotel was just next door to shops and restaurants, shopping centers and restaurants.

Initially, we faced a frustrating situation with reservations when two queen rooms weren't available despite being booked in advance. Carpets in some rooms were wet, and there were missing blankets and sheets for pull-out beds in two rooms. Noise levels were a constant issue with loud guests above us running and jumping.

The breakfast spread was a good surprise, with fresh waffles, made mornings fun! Plus, it's just a short stroll to Urban Thai for some killer pad thai or TGI Fridays if you're craving a burger. Super chill vibe nearby with plenty of options to satisfy your culinary cravings!

Despite the noise issue, I still had a decent time, but if peace and quiet is your jam, it might be worth considering other hotels.

I was a bit let down when my digital key didn't work. but the pool area was clean with gas barbecues. they had a great breakfast selection too, I loved the fresh waffles. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is fantastic, close to a nice shopping center. The room was reasonably spacious with both air conditioning and heating. I enjoyed visiting Ra Sushi Bar Restaurant for a couple of drinks after a long day.
